IMPORTANT READ THESE TERMS

100% GUARANTEED OPPORTUNITY 

* A $3,950.00 Base Hunt Fee will "ONLY" be charged if a trophy Bison is NOT TAKEN during the scheduled hunt to cover the cost of the hunt expenses. If a trophy IS TAKEN the Base Hunt Price is INCLUDED in the Trophy Fees.
*If an animal is not harvested during a meat hunt, you will ony be charged a daily fee of $250.00. to cover camp expenses.
* It is the intention of Silvertine Wildlife Co. to provide our guest, a reasonable opportunity to harvest a trophy animal in their contracted size range. In the event that opportunity does not present itself, you will be refunded the full Base Hunt Fee and balance owing of Trophy Fee. If we provide you with a ethical and reasonable opportunity and you choose NOT to take the shot, you are responsible to pay the base hunt fee. 
* All hunts are fully guided, so your guide will determine the TROPHY EVALUATION TERMS prior to taking a shot. You must receive approval from the guide before any shot is taken. 
* In the event  game is wounded, the obligation of Silvertine Wildlife Co. is met, and you will be responsible to pay for the entire animal. When the animal is found at a later date, you will be notified, and what can be salvaged at that point will be attempted. Every reasonable attempt will be made to recover a wounded animal.



Non-Refundable Deposit
It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware that the the deposit is non-refundable. Upon execution of the hunt agreement/booking, the buyer will immediately pay Outfitter a non-refundable deposit in the amount of 25% of the trophy hunt cost, or in the booking of a meat hunt a $500.00 Deposit.(the “Deposit”). In NO event shall the Deposit be refundable to Buyer. The Deposit shall be credited against the balance owing of the hunt price in camp. 

​The balance owing is payable before the hunt is to begin in cash or bank checks and held in trust by outfitter. Repeat hunters only may pay balance owing with personal checks.

If a hunter wishes cancel his/her hunt with 90 days notice, the “Deposit” can be moved to a subsequent year, but the hunt price will be subject to change in the subsequent year.

Please contact me if you wish to have a Non-Hunter accompany you. Non-hunters are allowed to accompany the Hunter and be involved in the hunt 100%.

Bison Meat Harvests

MEAT HUNTS ARE 1-2 DAY LONG
(Offered Oct 15 - Nov 30 only)
All meat hunts/harvests include all guide services, skinning, all meals and accommodations, transportation during hunt, permits, taxes, etc. 

You ONLY pay for the meat, on the hot hanging carcass weight of the animal. You can select animals 400-700lbs carcass weight. You can keep the organs, hide, and skull.

We have a 400lb MINIMUM amount of meat harvest pr hunt, and this amount can be shared between two hunters harvesting. We no longer offer smaller animal. 

This hunt is conducted out of blinds over bait. This is a herd management hunt, guests will harvest  animals in co-operation with the outfitters decision.

What is included in your hunt?
* Fully serviced accommodations.
* All bedding, food and non-alcohol beverages are provided.
* Experienced, talented guide services.
* All Taxes Field preparation and initial preparation of your meat and skinning, caping, and freezing of your cape, with additional preparation of antlers for transportation.
* SCI scoring with photos taken.
* Use of small shooting range.
* ​Firearms and Ammunition if needed.
* All Initial Export permit.

Not-included in your hunt:
* Alcoholic beverages.
* Any Supplementary Export permits $75.00 (Products shipped at a later date)

Firearm Rental:
We have several Firearms in Camp for our guests to use if they wish. A 30-06 and a 338.  There is no fee for their use, and this includes one round . . . the second shot is $10, the third $20, the forth $30, and so on . . . ha,ha, just kidding!

Wounded Game Terms:
All Wounded Game will be considered harvested game. Trophy fees are paid on all killed or wounded animals that are believed to be fatally wounded. Every attempt will be made to secure wounded game. If you wound an animal you will continue to hunt for that wounded animal only. If the animal is found dead at a later date you will be notified and the trophy arranged to be shipped to you. If the wounded animal is harvested by a succeeding hunter then you will be notified and Trophy Fee refunded 100%.
